Account Registration
Eligibility and Age Requirements
- Minimum age: The Services are intended only for persons aged 18 years or over, or older if required by the laws of the state or territory in which you reside in Australia. By creating an Account or using the Services, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement.
- Residency: The Services are directed to residents of Australia for amusement and review purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that access and use are lawful in your location.
- Social casino status: Heart Of Vegas is a social casino product. No real-money gambling occurs and no prizes or winnings of monetary value are offered. Your use must comply with the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 and any other Applicable Law.
Account Creation Process
- Registration: To access certain features (including Heart Of Vegas gameplay via linked platforms), you may be required to register an Account by providing personal details such as name, date of birth, email address, and, where applicable, platform credentials (e.g. app store, social network).
- Email verification: The Operator may require you to verify your email address by clicking on a verification link or using a code sent to your registered email before your Account becomes fully active.
- KYC and identity checks: Although Heart Of Vegas is a social casino with no gambling license, the Operator may, where legally required or justified for fraud prevention, request identity verification documents (KYC), such as:
- Government-issued identification (passport, driver licence, or national ID);
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement);
- Other documents reasonably necessary to confirm age and identity.
User Obligations
- Accuracy of information: You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated. The Operator may rely on the information you provide, and any misrepresentation may result in Account restriction or closure.
- Single Account: Unless explicitly approved by the Operator, you may only maintain one Account for the Services. Duplicate or fraudulent Accounts may be closed.
- Password security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials and for any activity conducted under your Account. You must:
- Choose a strong, unique password;
- Not share your password or Account access with any third party;
- Immediately notify the Operator at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Use by minors: You must not facilitate or permit access to the Services by any person under the applicable minimum age. The Operator may take reasonable steps to detect and prevent underage access.
- Compliance with laws: You must use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Applicable Law, including laws relating to online content and consumer protection in Australia.
Regional Compliance Note: Because Heart Of Vegas operates as a social casino under Australian law, the Operator reserves the right to implement additional age-verification and identity controls to demonstrate that the Services do not constitute prohibited interactive gambling services under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
Nature of Gameplay
- Amusement only: All gameplay within Heart Of Vegas is for entertainment purposes only. Bets and Wagers involve only Virtual Items that have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money, property, or any item of real-world monetary value.
- No real-money gambling: The Services do not offer real-money gambling or opportunities to win real-money prizes. Any resemblance to traditional casino games is purely for amusement and simulation.
Placing Bets and Wagers
- Virtual Items balance: To place a Bet or Wager, you must have a sufficient balance of Virtual Items in your Account. Virtual Items may be obtained by:
- Receiving free daily or periodic allocations;
- Participating in in-game events or Bonuses;
- Purchasing Virtual Items via authorised app store or platform payment methods.
- Minimum and maximum bets: Each game within Heart Of Vegas may specify minimum and maximum Bet amounts in Virtual Items. These limits are shown within the game interface and may change at the Operator's discretion.
- Irreversibility: Once a Bet or Wager is confirmed and the game round has commenced, it cannot usually be cancelled or modified by the Player. You are responsible for reviewing your Bet before confirming it.
- Game rules: The rules for each game, including payout tables, winning combinations, and special features, are presented within the game client or help section. By participating, you acknowledge and accept those specific rules.
Cancellation and Modification of Bets by the Operator
- Erroneous operations: The Operator may void or adjust a Bet or game result if it is affected by an obvious error, malfunction, or defect (including software bugs, incorrect game configuration, or third-party manipulation).
- Technical failures: In the event of network interruptions, server failures, or similar issues preventing completion of a game round, the Operator may:
- Restore the game state to the position immediately prior to the fault; or
- Cancel the affected Bet and reasonably reinstate the Virtual Items staked.
- Suspected misconduct: The Operator may review and void Bets or Wagers if fraud, collusion, automated play, or other prohibited conduct is suspected or detected.
Conduct in Games, Live Features, and Chats
- Respectful behaviour: Where the Services provide chat, social, or multiplayer features, you must:
- Refrain from insults, harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or threatening behaviour;
- Not share obscene, defamatory, or illegal content;
- Not solicit personal data from other Users, particularly minors.
- Anti-fraud and fair play: You agree not to:
- Use bots, scripts, macros, or automated tools to interact with the Services;
- Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended features;
- Collude with other Users to gain an unfair advantage.
- Impersonation and misrepresentation: You must not impersonate any person or entity, falsely claim affiliation, or mislead others about your identity.
- Enforcement: The Operator may, acting reasonably and in accordance with Applicable Law, suspend chat access, restrict gameplay, or terminate Accounts that violate these rules.
Regional Compliance Note: These conduct standards are designed to align with Australian expectations for safe, responsible digital entertainment environments and to mitigate risks associated with simulated gambling-style content.
Bonus Terms
Bonus Activation and Eligibility
- Bonus offers: From time to time, the Operator may offer Bonuses in the form of extra Virtual Items, free spins, or similar advantages, including offers promoted via Heart Of Vegas for Users of heartofvegas-aussie.com.
- Eligibility criteria: Eligibility may depend on factors such as:
- Geographic location (Australia residency or specific states/territories);
- New or existing Player status;
- Completion of certain actions (e.g. first log-in, linking an app store account);
- Compliance with these Terms and any specific promotion rules.
- Activation procedure: Bonuses may require manual opt-in, bonus codes, or acceptance of specific promotional terms. Details will be provided with each Bonus offer.
Wagering and Timeframes
- Wagering concepts: Because Heart Of Vegas uses only Virtual Items with no cash value, any "wagering requirement" in relation to a Bonus refers solely to in-game usage of Virtual Items (for example, playing through a certain amount of virtual coins) to unlock additional in-game features or further Virtual Items.
- Conditions: Each Bonus may specify:
- Minimum gameplay or "play-through" requirements using Virtual Items;
- Time limits within which associated gameplay must be completed (e.g. 7 or 30 days from award, not extending beyond 31 December 2026 unless otherwise stated);
- Game types on which Bonus Virtual Items can or cannot be used.
- Expiry: Unused Bonus components and any associated virtual benefits may expire at the end of the stated promotional period and may be removed from your Account without compensation.
Prohibited Games or Actions
- Restricted use: Certain games or features may not contribute to completing any virtual wagering requirement or may be excluded from Bonus use. Details will be stated in the applicable promotion or game rules.
- Abuse of promotions: You must not:
- Create multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus more than permitted;
- Engage in coordinated or automated play designed solely to exploit Bonuses;
- Sell, trade, or transfer Bonuses or Virtual Items to other Users.
- Consequences of abuse: In the event of suspected Bonus abuse, the Operator may, acting reasonably, withhold, cancel, or reclaim Bonuses and associated Virtual Items, and restrict or close Accounts where necessary and lawful.
Combining Promotions
- Non-cumulative nature: Unless expressly stated, Bonuses and promotions may not be combined or used together. Only one promotion may apply to your Account or specific gameplay at a time.
- Priority of terms: If there is any inconsistency between these Bonus Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
Regional Compliance Note: All promotions and Bonus mechanisms are structured to ensure that the Services remain social casino entertainment and do not provide gambling services with monetary prizes, in line with Australian regulatory expectations up to and including 2026.
Payments & Withdrawals
Nature of Payments
- Purchases only: Any payment you make in connection with Heart Of Vegas or the Website is solely for the purchase of Virtual Items or other non-monetary digital content. Virtual Items do not represent deposits, balances, or stored value accounts.
- No withdrawals of Virtual Items: Virtual Items cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, or exchanged for real money, credit, or any item of monetary value, whether within or outside the Services.
Payment Methods
- Authorised channels: Purchases of Virtual Items are generally facilitated through:
- Credit and debit cards accepted by app stores or payment processors;
- E-wallets or online payment services supported by the relevant platform;
- Other digital payment methods (including, where permitted, crypto-related payment processors) as made available by platform providers.
- Third-party platforms: Payments are often processed by third-party app stores or payment processors under their own terms and policies. You should carefully review those terms before making a purchase.
Fees, Limits, and Processing Times
- Pricing and taxes: Prices for Virtual Items are displayed prior to purchase and may include applicable taxes, charges, or currency conversion costs imposed by payment providers or financial institutions.
- Limits: The Operator or third-party platforms may impose minimum and maximum purchase limits per transaction, per day, or per billing cycle to support responsible spending.
- Processing times: Purchases will usually be credited to your Account immediately or within a short period. In some cases, delays may occur due to bank, payment processor, or network issues.
Refunds and Cancellations
- General rule of non-refundability: Subject to mandatory rights under Australian Consumer Law and the refund policies of relevant app stores, all purchases of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable once completed.
- Erroneous or unauthorised transactions: If you believe a purchase on your Account is erroneous or unauthorised, you must promptly:
- Contact the relevant app store or payment provider; and
- Notify the Operator at [email protected] with details of the transaction.
- Refunding Bets and Bonuses: Because Bets involve Virtual Items only, there is no monetary refund of Bets or Bonuses. In exceptional cases (e.g. clear technical fault), the Operator may, at its reasonable discretion and without obligation, restore Virtual Items to your Account.
Regional Compliance Note: Nothing in this section seeks to exclude, restrict, or modify any non-excludable statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including rights to remedies in connection with defective digital content or services.
Limitation of Liability
Operator's Obligations
- Service provision: The Operator will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing the Services, including taking reasonable steps to ensure:
- Games function as described and outcomes are determined by fair randomisation mechanisms;
- Content on Heart Of Vegas and heartofvegas-aussie.com is accurate and up to date as at the time of publication;
- Reasonable security measures are implemented to protect your data.
Exclusions of Liability
- Service interruptions: To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, the Operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:
- Technical failures, delays, or interruptions of the Services;
- Network outages, power failures, or acts or omissions of third-party providers;
- Force Majeure Events.
- Indirect and consequential loss: To the extent permitted by law, the Operator excludes liability for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of opportunity, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment of the Services.
- User conduct: The Operator is not responsible for:
- Content or conduct of other Users;
- Any loss or damage resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
Cap on Liability
- Maximum compensation: Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, the total liability of the Operator to you in relation to any single event or series of related events is limited, at the Operator's option, to:
- Re-supplying the Services; or
- The cost of re-supplying the Services; and
- In any event, an amount not exceeding the greater of:
- The value of the Virtual Items involved in the affected Bet or game round; and
- AU$100.
Regional Compliance Note: Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you by the Australian Consumer Law or any other Applicable Law that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of Content
- Operator's IP: All intellectual property rights in and to the Services, including Heart Of Vegas games, software, source code, graphics, artwork, trademarks, trade names, logos, audio, video, and underlying databases, are owned by or licensed to the Operator or its parent company, Aristocrat Leisure Limited, and its Pixel United division.
- Website content: All text, reviews, and other materials made available on Heart Of Vegas in relation to heartofvegas-aussie.com are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.

Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is important to the Operator.
- Privacy Notice: All personal data collected through heartofvegas-aussie.com and in connection with Heart Of Vegas is processed in accordance with the Operator's Privacy Notice, available at https://productmadness.com/privacy-notice/.
- Scope: The Privacy Notice explains what personal data is collected, how it is used, with whom it may be shared, how long it is retained, and your rights under Applicable Law (including Australian privacy principles where they apply).
- Acceptance: By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Notice and consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your data as described there.
Regional Compliance Note: Data processing activities are designed to comply with relevant UK and EU data protection standards as well as Australian privacy requirements to the extent applicable to Users in Australia.
Changes to Terms
Right to Amend
- Updates: The Operator may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulatory guidance, business practices, or features of the Services.
- Effective date: Each updated version will specify a new effective date, which will not be earlier than the date of publication.
Notification Procedure

Termination & Suspension
Termination by You
- Account closure: You may close your Account at any time by following the in-Service account closure procedure (if available) or by contacting support at [email protected].
- Effect of closure: Upon closure, access to the Services via your Account will cease, and any remaining Virtual Items or Bonuses will be forfeited and are not refundable.
Suspension or Termination by the Operator
- Grounds: The Operator may suspend or terminate your Account or access to the Services, acting reasonably and in compliance with Applicable Law, if:
- You breach these Terms or any applicable policy;
- The Operator suspects fraud, misuse, or unauthorised access;
- Required by law, a regulatory authority (including ACMA), or court order;
- The Operator ceases to provide the Services in Australia or in your jurisdiction.

- Provide you with notice via email or in-Service notification of the suspension or termination; and
- Where appropriate, offer an opportunity to respond or rectify any remediable breach.
- Refunds on termination: Given that Virtual Items have no cash value, there is generally no entitlement to monetary compensation upon termination. However, the Operator will comply with any mandatory refund or remedy obligations under Australian Consumer Law and any relevant platform policies.
Regional Compliance Note: Any termination or suspension decisions will take into account fairness, proportionality, and your statutory consumer rights in Australia.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction

- Court proceedings: Subject to any mandatory rights you may have to bring actions elsewhere under consumer protection law, you and the Operator submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of appeal therefrom, in respect of all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services.
